The In-Depth Project and Oral Presentation
Learn to explore and present a self-chosen topic with critical use of English-language sources – and deliver it orally at exam standard.
What do you want to do now?
Just enough theory to use it
One competence aim is a project: explore and present at least one self-chosen topic related to language, culture, society or science, using English-language sources critically. This is also the shape of the oral exam. The craft: narrow the topic into a research question, gather and evaluate sources, structure findings into an argument – then present: planned but not read aloud, visual support that supports, and readiness for follow-up questions, where the real grades hide. Practise delivery as seriously as content.
